Product Analysis:

Genius Pack Luggage is known for its pre-organized and storage capabilities and Laundry Compression Technology. Unlike other products Genius Pack has special features that makes traveler's life easy.

Genius Pack is a brand that solely focuses on extreme functionality. Produced travel products that eliminate the hassles of travel. Genius Pack products have excellent features like Laundry Compression Technology, Engineered Interior Panel and recharging smartphone directly from the carry-on with the integration of the Portable Charger.

Website User Interface Evaluation:

As part of the User Interface Evaluation, I reviewed Genius pack's ecommerce website which is already selling its products online. Genius Pack's products have lot of unique features that needs to grab its customer's attention instead of showing the customer just the product. After the evaluation I understood that it has scope for enhancement to reach its target audience.

Problems Identified:

I evaluated Genius Pack's website and found some areas that needs enhancement.
• The primary problem identified is there is no right way to make the user understands about product features and how these features makes difference .

Solutions Implemented:

I came up with the solution that solves the important aspects of complaints for gas leakage and power outage. PG&E users now can raise an online request quickly using their mobile phones instead of spending time on calling in an emergency.

I added important features like “Gas leak safety tips” for the user to look at to be cautious at the place and integrated “Click to call” button to call helpline in one touch.

I designed the user flow diagram that matches user’s desires or needs.
